Tasks

The fullstack web developer is responsible the full stack related to building, deploying, and maintaing a web application serving large amounts of data. The application will serve interactive charts and dashboards allowing user manipulation.

Frontend: In close collaboration with the FX designer and users, the Full Stack Web Developer will build the frontend application including required functionality to ensure a smooth user experience.

API: The Full Stack web developer is responsible for designing and implementing API(s) to serve data to the application. This includes authentication/authorization and optimizing the endpoints to enable serving large amounts of data with acceptable response times.

Infrastructure: The full stack web developer is responsible for the application infrastructure and to ensure sufficient and logging to ensure that the application is responsive and not overloaded.

It is also the role of the full stack web developer to build the testing and deployment pipelines for the web application.

Requirements

The web developer should have 2+ years experience with developing and maintaining web applications that:

  • Serve large amounts of data (i.e. requires pagination)
  • Display interactive dashboards
Frontend:
  • React, Angular, Vue
  • CSS
  • Frontend architecture (incl. state management, routing, sctructuring code for maintainability)
  • Unit, integration, and user testing
API:
  • SQL/NoSQL (ORM frameworks)
  • Backend architecture (routing, endpoint management, authentication/authorization, error handling, logging)
  • Unit and integration testing
Infrastructure:
  • Monitoring and log management
  • Testing and deployment pipelines and processes
